Park Bar

Tucked away in an alley just off Carlisle Street, Park Bar is a neighbourhood Korean restaurant founded by Grace Park and Roy Chu, serving homestyle Korean and Japanese dishes.

As the venue's founding bartender, I was able to apply my background in communication in a highly personal setting. Beyond service, I helped develop local promotions and community-focused content, engaging directly with many of the customers we served each week.

Working within a small business meant building genuine relationships with regulars and creating experiences that encouraged repeat visits. Notable projects included launching the promotions with the local gyms loyalty hosting Korean Netflix Stars Seoham Park and Shin Eun-soo.
